Fix gradle resolving of guava dependencies, add workaround for #1262

Description

Changed build.gradles so that error Failed to list versions of com.google.guava:guava is no more produced (solution was provided by @Markoutte).

Also, added -Xskip-prerelease-check to Kotlin compilation command in tests to workaround #1262 (this one still needs investigation)
