Purpose of this PR
If the folder don't exist, some fix in the wizard cannot be done. Now we enforce the folder creation if it not existing. (https://fogbugz.unity3d.com/f/cases/1319328/)
Testing status
Manually tested that it now works even with the folder not already here.
