Purpose of this PR
Updates yaml-generation to use the package instead of the old gfx-sdet-tools repository approach, and removes the need for gfx-sdet-tools repository checkout and all other files required for it.
Generating .ymls now requires the steps defined in https://github.cds.internal.unity3d.com/unity/ant-yaml-generation
