Purpose of this PR
Adding the INetworkSerializeByMemcpy page back into the TOC (I suspect it might have been missing in the old Docusaurus site as well tbh 🤷♀️) and also limiting mention of the Boss Room sample, now that sample development/maintenance is being deprioritised. The Boss Room pages will still technically be there, and will turn up in search/bookmarks, but won't be listed in the TOC for discovery.
