[IDEA] Switch to open alternatives

Hi there,
this project is extremely cool !

It would be even more interestin to let users, in addition to debloating, replace core applications with open source/privacy friendly counterparts.

A nice inspiration base can be /e/OS (aka "degoogled lineageos").

I know the this could probably not in project' scope but would be extremely useful for reusing old phones.
