Problem with cors

To Reproduce
*The steps are using the french interface

1. git clone https://github.com/UniversalDataTool/universal-data-tool.git
2. cd universal-data-tools
3. yarn start
   ------ In the app ------------
4. Nouveau Dossier
5. Two little man /Create New Session
6. Move your mouse out of the dialog box

Expected behavior
Open a collaborative session
