I tried running npm start -- https://digital.library.villanova.edu/Item/vudl:294631/Manifest, and it appears that the PDF extension is broken here. PDFs never actually load. This likely has to do with the worker script not loading correctly. We should review again after UniversalViewer/universalviewer#1696 is merged and included in a release.
