Zedoon
As an initial release, a few odds and ends have been added from code spanning several years. The main feature is a form of pseudo-closures (Closures) which I use to facilitate passing around dynamically created functions. These leverage Java's anonymous classes, but provide a standardized interface, which is also typed, allowing for easier passing and using. Check out the full list of Features for the rest of the goodies.
The downloads section contains a jar file for each version released. The source is also available separately, as is the current state of the JavaDocs (more documentation is always on the way, and feel free to help).
In 2007 I was working on an electroacoustic composition which relied heavily on LilyPond, the Scheme-based music notation program. My software generated variable note data and then fed it to a template which was rendered by LilyPond. Unfortunately, I couldn't just use digits to denote the variables, as they are not allowed. Instead I came up with a quick little notation for turning numbers into strings. In English, the first two letters of every cardinal number 0-9 are unique: ze, on, tw, th, fo, etc. A few punctuation characters were also available, such as dot ("do"), and comma ("co"). Thusly was "ZeOn", a language where numbers and punctuation are always represented by two characters at at time, created.
Hopefully the lineage of the version label is obvious now. 0.1 => "Zero Dot One" => ZeDoOn => Zedoon
