We want to link from our product site to the tech docs site for setup docs for a particular partner. The closest we have right now are the individual source and destination connector docs. Until we have a more robust approach, this PR adds a getting started note at the top/beginning of each of these pages, giving new users some brief guidance to be more successful here faster.
