Workflow DAG node order and behaviors: enrichments before chunking, chunking affects enrichments

• Described changes to document elements during enrichments when chunking is added to workflows.
• Rearranged (but did not change) the content in api-reference/workflow/workflows.mdx and snippets/quickstarts/single-file-ui.mdx to reinforce the guidance that enrichments should come before chunking in workflows.
• In ui/chunking.mdx, noted that Image elements are removed from the output during chunking in workflows.
