Workflow Endpoint: Python SDK - run workflows with local sources

• Removed old usage notes indicating that you cannot use the Python SDK to run workflows with local sources (you can now!).
• Added Python SDK code examples (for sync and async) showing how to run workflows with local sources.

I left a comment elsewhere that I would try to clean up the body_run_workflows name before we put this out. After looking at how we could change that, I think we should just leave as is. It's more trouble than it's worth, even though I think it's a pretty ugly default name.
