Adds a shared UI/API vs. open source feature comparison table and embeds it in the OSS overview, with a minor limits bullet copy tweak.

• Docs:
  • open-source/introduction/overview.mdx:
    • Embed shared comparison snippet by importing OpenSourceVsPlatform and rendering <OpenSourceVsPlatform />.
    • Simplify limits bullet: remove mention of "including parallelization and other performance optimizations" from infrastructure management line.
  • New shared snippet: snippets/general-shared-text/open-source-vs-platform.mdx
    • Adds a feature comparison table between the Unstructured UI/API and the open source library (deployment, security/compliance, connectors, processing, performance, usage/billing, additional features).
