###Summary

Added possibility to add the date of the last modification of the file to the metadata object

It can be done in two ways:

  1. passed parameter metadata_date - by this, you can set your own date
  2. passed the file or filename - the date field going to be taken from the file (if possible)

New Parameters

metadata_date Not required parameter. Accepts the date of your own last modification date Default value: None

Bump to 0.8.3

Closes issue #866
