Document feedback and make plans for adapting course accordingly

Following training on 30th of April:

• Review feedback forms
• Discuss how it went from a trainers perspective
• Document key takeaways of what students would like more / less from the course
• Make issues to address this feedback accordingly for future courses

Think it went decently well overall. I think Coupland 1 was very warm until we got the fans, we should add that to the training room notes for next time a course is there. Majority of people seemed engaged most of the course.
