Conda installing spyder is very slow

This is very slow, and possibly fails if default channel has been removed. Just installing numpy and matplotlib is much quicker.

This is not so slow on the current jupyter instance (it takes at most a couple of minutes). Whether this is affected by multiple people trying to do it simultaneously, I'm not sure - we should test this out at the upcoming workshop if we reach this lesson (see #61).
