Email contact for course owner

In the training catalogue you set an email that gets notes, confirmations and replies. This is normally set to the person running the course but if there are multiple organisers this is difficult.

Proposal: We could use the group generic email (rse-researchit?).

• This might spam the mailbox, but we could set up a filter (does UoM allow rse-researchit+training emails?)
• Only G7+ have access to that mailbox, so course co-organisers would have to be G7+?

We recently updated the contact email to my email address, but I agree that it might be better to use a group mailbox; is it too complicated to set one up which training course leads can have access?

Having a group email address for training (e.g. training-researchit@manchester.ac.uk) which all training leads have access to makes a lot of sense to me. It would also solve the problem of who sets up the events in Outlook. I think that's @SJaffa 's call on whether to set that up, I'm not sure how complicated it would be.

Using rse-researchit seems like it has too many downsides to me (spam to all other G7s, G6 organisers don't have access) but I may be wrong.
