Dear all,

If you can no longer attend please cancel your place as we may be able to give your place to someone on the waiting list. If you book and do not attend you may not get priority for future trainig bookings.

Prerequisites
To take this course you will need some previous knowledge of python. Please could you go through the quiz linked here beforehand, and ensure that you are comfortable with the concepts in it: https://uomresearchit.github.io/programming_with_python/01-introduction/index.html>

Pre-course setup tasks
A Virtual Machine will be provided for the course - you do not need to have python installed on your computer to take it. We will share the link for the VM at the start of the course.
I recommend, if possible, to use a two screens, or run the zoom session on a separate device, so that you can work in the VM while watching my screen shared in the zoom call.
