Jupyter instance for python training

We are currently using this instance of jupyter, built and maintained by the ITS platforms engineering team. Sometimes this seems to randomly stop working and then won't let you connect. Workaround: Go to this link and you should be able to stop and restart your jupyter server. You will then be able to reconnect. Backup: We can still use the RIT version of Jupyter lite.
