What are the user features we suggest to drive innovation for Entrepreneurs and Non-profit organizations?

OUTCOMES

• Prioritized list of OS user features
• List of model organizations who have successful implementations of user features
• A minimum of 2 use cases for at least 2 user features
• Data to support a minimum of 2 user features/ use cases

• Plug-ins for tools

MILESTONE DATES

March 21 - Ideation

Artifacts:

• User identification
• Feature ideation
• List of Model orgs who have successfully implemented these features

Ideation Summary

April 25 - Prioritize

Artifacts:

• Draft of ideal features with potential use cases and supporting data?
• Compare and contrast current OS with future features
• Updated the milestone goals to focus on personas for nonprofits and entrepreneurs

May 23 - Prioritize and Validate

Artifacts:

• 2 Prioritized features
• 2 use cases for each (minimum)
• Data to support each use case
