refactor: use shared test utils in urllib3 and aiohttp e2e tests

Note

Consolidates e2e test request logic to shared utilities.

• Replace local helper implementations in aiohttp/e2e-tests/src/test_requests.py and urllib3/e2e-tests/src/test_requests.py with drift.instrumentation.e2e_common.test_utils.make_request
• Standardize completion output by calling print_request_summary() instead of printing a static message
• Remove per-file dependencies on requests, time, and inline BASE_URL handling
