Beta testing of v2.6

The next version is taking shape, and we would like some people to start testing it before we cut a release candidate. This is a bigger release than usual: the web interface has been rebuilt on Svelte 5, the device can now be configured and controlled over MQTT, and the decoder finally has a test suite running against real captured meter frames.

I am testing your esp32c3.zip file. I made a full backup of my device and erased everything before flashing it via flash.sh on a windows machine.
No problem seen after 24h 👍
Tarif 1 and 2 (#1136, #1199) are working for me. Thanks for integrating it.

Under "Settings" - "Price region" I can select Switzerland, and then it automatically ticks "Enable price fetch from remote server". Since I dont have this option, I am using time and day based prices, I deselect "Enable...." and with that also Switzerland disapears. No big deal but in the previous version I was using [fdfa6c1] this was not the case

@gskjold : Indeed, I see a snag here, see attached video screenshot.
After saving the setting, the configured price region disappears, and an error message is displayed.

The problem did not manifest until I started testing. After upgrade from v2.5.7 it was fine until I started changing settings.

The issue is both in 467bbb4 and 46b141c.

EDIT:
Downgrading to v2.5.7 fixed it. Upgrading again to 46b141c and retesting: problem is back.
