Hi, I think the problem is that you generate two independent position files for the two distributions.Then you will have overlapping positions. One way could be that you create a single position file, and then select the lines (1 line is 1 cell) manually to two different files for the two different populations. This would make sure that there are no overlapping positions. Hope this helps, |

Hi, I am trying to run different populations of RBCs in HemoCell with different parameters of stiffness. The problem is when I run the simulation they overlap each other and don't really follow the same mechanics of RBCs. If anyone has done this, how were you able to create the different xml file.
