First public Windows release of Path Doctor.

Path Doctor is a small desktop diagnostic tool for checking why a website, server, or network route feels slow, blocked, or unreachable. It runs local checks for DNS, ping, routing, HTTP/TLS, proxy, and VPN clues, then explains the likely cause in plain language.
