Verry Long ParseJson() or ConvertToJson() on Excel 32bit.

The rather simple attached JSON behave very slow to parse (more then 20s) on Excel 32bit, while it's OK on Excel 64bits (less than a second).
I also suspect some Excel memory access Errors, while I canno't really reproduce it.

I had a very similar problem. A JWT token suddenly started taking 2-3 seconds to parse, but only in a particular Excel project. It looked like json_BufferAppend and json_BufferToString were where the problem was. To move forward I commented out the Win code and just left the Mac lines in place: json_buffer = json_buffer & json_Append and json_BufferToString = json_buffer until I have time to investigate what went so wrong one day (I'm suspecting the last Win10 update triggered something but no idea what).
