Plugin manifest was added during migration, but the repository was never added, and it is not being built right now.

I checked that it still builds against v0.6 (on Linux and Windows) in latest version (c66643914c7f6ffa235cf961277b1799bd5e0cb5).

I reviewed the code, added the subrepo, and updated the manifest file.

@joelrobichaud FYI, we just noticed that this plugin was missing from the Plugin Manager and it builds fine against the 1.0 API. I included it in the next update.
