What's new in v1.0.6

New features

  • Start/Stop server buttons — manually start or stop the MCP server from the app without opening Termux
  • Start button appears when server is offline, Stop button appears when server is online

Bug fixes

  • Fixed pathlib vocab loading error — tokenizer now loads correctly, improving semantic search quality

Notes

  • After reboot, use the Start button to restart the server (auto-start on boot coming in v1.1)
  • APK size unchanged (~280 MB)

MemPlato v1.0.5 — MVP Release

First public release of MemPlato — a personal MCP memory server that runs on your Android phone.

What's included:

29 MCP tools — drawers, knowledge graph, diary, tunnels, semantic search

100% offline setup — Python 3.13, all libraries and AI model bundled in the APK

Reverse SSH tunnel via relay.memplato.com — stable HTTPS endpoint for AI clients

Auto-reconnect watchdog — tunnel restarts automatically if it drops

English + Ukrainian UI

Tested with 140+ test cases

Tested with: Claude, Perplexity, Cursor

Requirements:

Android 12+ (ARM64)

~1 GB free storage

Termux from GitHub (not Play Store)

Setup: Follow the in-app guide or watch the installation video

Known limitation: After rebooting your phone, the server does not restart automatically. Will be fixed in the next update.
