Removed the 16 MB flash memory variant of the WeMos LOLIN D32 PRO board, as it's technically just a duplicate of the 4 MB variant. It doesn't really add any value to the project besides convenience and is basically just slowing down CI testing for other boards by being queued twice.
Also, fixed the formatting/placement of a comment delimiter.
Key changes
Impact
The board variant is still supported and will continue to work. Users needing the 16 MB config (myself included) can just re-add it locally or modify the existing 4 MB variant configuration.
