How to run VSCodium REH on AIX (PPC64)

The released PPC64 one is Linux only, therefore those binaries are unlikely to work.
How would the REH package be created?

node.js provides binaries for AIX on Power and the glibc dependency for that comes from AIX, so that big dependency seems fine (and possibly most extensions would work as well, if they use only native binaries).
Also there are a bunch of tools readily available at https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/aix-toolbox-open-source-software-downloads-alpha which may help.
