MCP Server support
Hi,
we'd like to request an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for vtenext.
MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, etc.) connect to external tools and data sources in a structured way. An MCP server for vtenext would allow AI agents to read and write CRM data directly, without custom integrations.
The existing WebServices API would be a natural foundation — the main operations (contacts, accounts, opportunities, tickets, activities, custom modules) could be exposed as MCP tools with relatively little effort.
We're happy to help with spec and testing if useful.
