Symptoms

Both left and right eyes render on the left eye viewport.

Reproduction

Boot the game.

Workaround

This can be fixed by using winecfg to reconfigure the Proton bottle to Windows 10. People report that the same bug exists on Windows 7, so this is not a bug in wine but still requires a compatibility profile to fix as Proton currently defaults to Win7.

Symptoms

Since update form 29th November, the game doesn't start anymore (apparently only on nVidia), it locks up after the Cloudhead splash screen and has to be ended manually.

Worked well for me until the recent october update, now it doesn’t anymore.

It appears on the primary monitor (not headset) when used with proton experimental or GE, and crashes on start on older proton versions.

I can confirm that this game is still not working (crashes on the splash screen) with Proton Experimental as of today on an RTX 3070

Works for me with experimental-9.0-20240503b (RTX 2080 mobile, nVidia 550.78)

Can confirm as well - the "normal" version works with regular proton experimental (no downgrading of the game version required anymore)

I'm using SteamVR beta 2.6.1
Proton Experimental ("version" file in the directory says experimental-9.0-20240509 )
