GORN missing many textures (578620)

GORN starts and is functional, but is missing many textures:

• Player's hands
• Some bodies / faces of NPCs
• All weapons

I'm guessing this is related to the lack of stream output referenced in doitsujin/dxvk#135 and KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Ecosystem#26

For tracking purposes, this also affects at least:

• Racket NX (missing parts of the racket)
• Zombie Training Simulator (missing guns)
