Fallout: New Vegas PCR (22490)

I confirm:

• that I haven't found an existing compatibility report for this game.
• that I have checked whether there are updates for my system available.

Symptoms

Game has mouse cursor missing. I can start the play by selecting "Continue" with a keyboard but the camera doesn't move and keyboard is borked (Esc works but WASD doesn't). Steam Overlay is disabled.

Tried turning on Virtual Desktop in winecfg, no changes.

Game works perfectly on Proton 5 and I see this issue on every Proton 6+.

Also see #356 but this I'm on PCR version so don't know if it's specific or not.
