Symptoms

Game fails to launch regardless of being reinstalled or verifying game files, pop up with "Fatal error!" appears as pictured, unable to get the game to boot.

Reproduction

1. press play on Tokyo Xtreme Racer on steam.

Same symptoms. No clue why it reacts that way.
I also tried Proton 10.0-2 and Experimental, with only the game black screen not appearing, but still having this UE crash window appear.
