METAL GEAR SOLID - Master Collection Version (2131630)

Some cutscenes don't play and only audio is played
While in Full resolution mode, certain cutscenes are actually webm files, I  will suspect that this is the problem as per [This article](https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Metal_Gear_Solid_-_Master_Collection_Version#Black_screen_during_in-game_FMV.27s_when_using_High_.2F_Max_resolution_graphic_setting)

Other games were fixed with this exact issue
