QAM/Steam buttons unresponsive after per game power settings on Legion Go S #2164

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
This on a Legion Go S 16 gb/512 gb. As I set per game profiles in the Performance QAM menu, the QAM button and Steam button start to become unresponsive. They work intermittently to pull up the menus. Sometimes it seems they don't work at all. It does seem as I have more games with per game profiles, the buttons get more unresponsive. I remove all the per game settings and the buttons work again normally.
Not sure if related, but in settings -> Controller -> Non-game controller layouts, doing edit gave an error screen. I reset the controller layout to default and the edit screen worked again. The QAM and Steam button problem still remained but possibly was a bit better. The issue was only completely fixed by removing all per game performance settings.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Set per game power settings on a few games (on a Legion Go S). I enabled VRR globally and only changed TDP limits per game.
- Test the QAM button in Steam and in game. Test the Steam button.
- Keep using or increase the number of games using per game settings.
