SteamRT Aarch64 container unavailable

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

As mentioned in the SteamRT SDK Gitlab, there's meant to be an aarch64 container:

However, it seems to be failing to be fetched when attempting to use it in Ci as the container isn't found

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Try to pull SteamRT Aarch64 container

Try registry.gitlab.steamos.cloud/steamrt/sniper/sdk/arm64:beta, there is no default tag.

The default latest tag will appear when the first version that has an arm64 container (3.0.20250408.124536) gets promoted from beta to stable. Until then, it's intentionally not present, and please use the beta for now.

It's probably better to use registry.gitlab.steamos.cloud/steamrt/sniper/sdk/arm64:3.0.20250408.124536 so that you don't accidentally keep compiling on the beta when a new version appears.
