Bring the wiki up to 1.5.1 Material rules are now about tiers and kinds rather than item lists, and the wiki said diamond sword wherever the rule says diamond: fix the counts (ghoul and werewolf 44, witch hunter 42, enderborn 18), describe the tier reader, and add the one-time ghoul-truce widening from 6 to 19 mobs. Also cover the 1.5.1 fixes the old pages got wrong: a cost equal to your power is payable, the power arrow's cooldown is its own, the grapple is a teleport that refunds, and the angel refuses netherite too.
