Fail to load commands on linux

On linux you have to specify a virtual windows style directory in settings instead of using native linux directories. Not sure if this is something you would like to address.

Unfortunately, I don't know why that would be the case, since I use the C# Path/File/Directory APIs for all of that. It should all be compatible, and I don't have a linux box to test anything on even if I knew where to start looking for the cause of this.
