- Loads Cloud Flows, Workflows (Classic), Business Rules, Custom Actions and Plugins
- Shows a summary table with Active / Inactive counts per type
- Click any process type to drill into the full record list
- Filter records instantly using the search box
- For Cloud Flows, shows the last Dataverse run status and duration
- Exports a full Excel audit report with:
- Executive Summary
- Full detail list per process type
- Deletion candidates (disabled processes by age)
- Personal owner risk list
- Audit Findings sheet (all dynamic — no guessed data)

Minimum security role: System Customizer (or custom role with Read on above)
- Connect to your environment via XrmToolBox
- Select the process types you want to audit
- Click Load Processes
- Click any row in the summary table to see the full list
- Use the search box to filter by name or owner
- Click Export to Excel for the full audit report
