Move Stop button to top

Hi, would love to see the 'Stop' button moved to the top of the page: https://cloudpingtest.com/azure.
Rather than have to scroll to the bottom of the list.

Better to keep the Stop button in an Absolute or Fixed position - may be on right top of the screen always.
