Changes in v3.3

• Synced with the latest Mesa main branch
• Updated num_ccu based on additional real hardware testing:
  • Adreno 710: 3 → 1
  • Adreno 720: 3 → 2
  • Adreno 722: 3 → 2

GPU Support

Supports all GPUs currently supported by Mesa, including Adreno 6xx, 7xx, and 8xx series.

Hi, could you focus a bit on Dolphin? Your driver was the only one that fixed many of the graphical issues these GPUs have with the Dolphin emulator, but unfortunately, there are still other glitches. Could you take a look?
