GPU Support

Supports all GPUs currently supported by Mesa, including Adreno 6xx, 7xx, and 8xx series.

• Experimental build.

Hi, @Vauzi-17. Considering sysmem is the recommended setting, could you also release a variant build where the sysmem is forced? (Kinda like kiimchi's release for a710/a720 back then where the gmem was forced.) This should help for emulators that doesn't have environment variable settings.

I don't think it's really necessary since it'll automatically use sysmem anyway. The driver shouldn't switch to gmem on the Adreno 710 since its specs are pretty limited, like the smaller cache/memory. I might add a forced sysmem variant later if I feel like it or remember to.
