About Us

Vayusoft Labs is a deep-tech company engaged in Extreme Computing, dedicated to making Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations fast, reliable, and accessible.

Incorporated in 2024 as a start-up from IIT Kanpur, we utilize AI-native, GPU-enabled CFD softwares to deliver high-fidelity results at a fraction of the computational cost of legacy solvers. Our proprietary technology enables rapid design iterations for industries including Aerospace, Energy, EVs, and Climate-Tech.

We address the high cost and slowness of legacy CFD through a vertically integrated approach:

  • 10-100x Faster Simulations: Leveraging GPU acceleration and pseudo-spectral methods to drastically reduce time-to-solution.
  • AI-Native CFD Engine: Integrating machine learning with traditional physics solvers for enhanced turbulence diagnostics and speed.
  • Hybrid Cloud Scalability: Seamlessly scalable across GPU clusters and multi-CPU systems, available via a "Pay-as-you-use" cloud service.

Product Ecosystem

Our platform consists of specialized solvers and tools catering to different flow regimes, ranging from TRL-5 to TRL-8.

1. TARANG

  • Type: Massively Parallel Pseudo-Spectral Solver.
  • Capabilities: Hydrodynamic Turbulence, Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD), Rayleigh-Bénard Convection, Rotating Flows.
  • Tech Stack: CPU/GPU hybrid support (CUDA-accelerated).

2. AITHON

  • Type: General Purpose Hydro-Astrophysical Spectral Solver.
  • Capabilities: Ideal for fundamental fluid dynamics and astrophysical simulations.
  • Tech Stack: High-performance heterogeneous compute support, scaled on the fastest supercomputers.

3. DHARA

  • Type: General Purpose ODE Solver.
  • Capabilities: Finite-difference/Finite-Volume cores designed for complex compressible flows.
  • Tech Stack: CPU/GPU hybrid support (CUDA-accelerated).

4. PRAVAH

  • Type: High-order Navier-Stokes Solver.
  • Capabilities: Targets Turbulent flows, including Large Eddy Simulation (LES) to study hypersonic flows.

5. Turbulence Diagnostics

  • Type: Deep Flow Analysis Tool.
  • Capabilities: AI-driven flow breakdown metrics and visual structure identification to enhance design tuning.
