* Make config flags threadsafe
* Fix non-builtin config flags being discarded on book reload
* Fix variable conversion log spam
* Add /open-patchouli-book commands to open book gui for a player from the server side. This directly opens the GUI and does not require any kind of item on the player.
* Make book-loading on-thread. May fix texture issues, but not guaranteed to work. I suspect there may be other bugs in the mod or forge.
