Concept generation fails

Error:

This happens no matter what file I try to openkb add.

I know there was a recent fix for something like this, but as far as I can tell, I already have the version released with the fix.

That error means the model returned empty output for the concepts-plan step, so there's nothing to parse. Most likely the qwen3 reasoning model + JSON mode coming back empty (or as a <think>-only block).

Could you re-run with verbose logging and paste the output? -v goes before the subcommand:

openkb -v add <yourfile>

Look for the Concepts plan raw output (full, ...) line — it shows what the model actually returned.
