Cross references dialog should be movable

When using the dialog option for cross references, it displays as a modal that I can't move:

Where as in IDA, it is a proper window that I can move around:

This is helpful because forcing the dialog to be centered and modal obscures the underlying content, whereas in IDA I can move the window if I need to peek at the disassembly again before deciding which reference I want to follow.

Pretty sure this is just a flag on the QDialog or QWindow. 🙏

Sorry this took so long. I am not entirely sure why we didn't implement it this way to begin with? Please let me know if there's any other details about the dialog that don't appear to be working the way you expect. The point of adding this was to make transitioning from other tools with different workflows easier, so if there are other aspects of other implementations that are important, I'd like to address those as well.
