Crash when rebasing a obfuscated file

Bug Description:
When trying to rebase the target file, binary ninja crashed.

Steps To Reproduce:
Please provide all steps required to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open attached file
2. Try to rebase to 0x4000_0000

Expected Behavior:
Binary Ninja will not crash.
