Use project file name when opening file via container browser / universal arch selector

Self explanatory title, use project file name instead of file metadata name when possible.

Preferably we would not have this footgun which basically ensures every interaction with the aforementioned APIs is first wrong before being corrected eventually.

Likewise with the file as opened by either Container Browser or Architecture Picker, the resulting file name does not get resolved

Probably just need to add another constructor for TransformSession that accepts a ProjectFile
