This PR generates outputs required to produce "pretty" visualizations of the FLamby FL experimental results. The outputs are formatted such that they can be consumed by a MATLAB script, which I like way better than using matplotlib. I'm not sold on using the python files for the configs. We could try to convert them to json if anyone else feels strongly about it.
