This pull request adds support for a new "Applied Research" category in the PyPI analytics dashboard and updates the UI accordingly. It also includes updated GitHub metrics data for several repositories.

Analytics dashboard enhancements:

• Added a new filter and category called "Applied Research" to the PyPI analytics dashboard, allowing users to view and filter packages that originate from applied research projects. This includes updates to the PyPIFilter type, filter buttons, and package type display in the UI. [1] [2] [3]
• Updated the PyPI package type legend from a paragraph to a bulleted list and included an explanation for the new "Applied Research" category.

UI/UX improvements:

• Changed the hover tooltip for repository and package descriptions to display above the table cell instead of below, improving visibility and consistency. [1] [2]
• Removed redundant title attributes from table cells, relying on the improved hover tooltips for description display. [1] [2]

Data updates:
